Update to the new location !
As of May 1, 2027, I will be relocating my practice to 336 Main St., Palmerston, inside the Palmerston Chiropractor and Naturopathic Clinic.

My treatment room will be located on the lower level. When you arrive, please enter through the main doors, turn left, and take the stairs down to the lower level. I look forward to welcoming you to the new space!

As of May 1, 2026, my massage therapy practice will be relocating to a new space. (Still in Palmerston 😊)

This move supports the continued expansion of my skills and allows me to provide even more comprehensive care to my clients.

All appointments booked for May 1 and beyond will take place at the new location. Full details and the address will be shared soon.

Please take a moment to review your online portal to ensure you have the correct dates and times for your upcoming appointments, as I recently made some scheduling adjustments.

If you do not yet have access to your portal or need assistance setting it up, please don’t hesitate to reach out—I’m happy to help.

Please note that I will not be in the office this Thursday and Friday. If you originally had an appointment scheduled during that time, kindly check your portal to confirm whether it has been moved. While I believe all affected clients were notified, the timing around the holidays means something may have been missed.

Being a hockey mom means early mornings, cold rinks, long drives, and I wouldn’t trade it for anything. 🏒

Between the practices, games, and power skating, I’ve also been pouring my heart into leveling up my massage practice. I’m currently working through a new course to add another modality to my services, and I’m so excited about what it’s going to bring to my clients.

Balancing the rink life and my professional growth isn’t always easy, but it feels amazing to show my kids that you can chase your goals at any age and in any season of life.

Here’s to busy schedules, big dreams, and doing what you love — on and off the ice. 😊

I have opened up the remaining dates for 2026. What is see available, is all I have left.
Like I said before, appointments are subject to change with notice so even though you’ve booked your appointments, please confirm in the APP and check emails to ensure you are aware of any changes.

In regards to 2026 appointments.

I have sent out reminders and booked all that have asked me to (if you did not receive an email with your appointments please check your online account with me to confirm)

I’ve disabled all online booking until Friday.

If you still need to book your appointments, I will have the whole year open Friday morning.
This means ALL available times. Even some evening time slots.
If you can’t find a time, that means it’s all booked.


I have blocked off time to be able to accommodate any conflicts as much as possible.

And as we know, we do not know what the future holds so all appointments are subject to change with notice.
This goes for changes on my end as well as the clients.

Please PM me if you have any questions before Friday.
