Strength isn’t staying silent or hiding your feelings. Many men are taught to “tough it out,” but true courage comes from honesty, openness, and reaching out.

Checking in with yourself, talking to someone you trust, and asking for support are powerful acts — not signs of weakness.

We can all support the men in our lives by giving space for their emotions to be seen, heard, and understood.

This type of anticipatory anxiety is often tied to thoughts about the upcoming week, work stress, or feeling like you didn’t get enough time to relax.
