Weโ€™re excited to offer a 12-week Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) Skills Group for Adolescents. This evidence-based program helps teens build practical skills to manage emotions, navigate relationships, and cope with everyday stress.

Teens will learn skills in:
