I’ve been thinking a lot lately about how people actually find their way into my healing work — and how starting can feel harder than it needs to. 🤔

Especially when you’re already tired, overwhelmed or unsure what kind of support you even need. 😕

So I made a small but important shift to make that first step feel steadier and less intimidating.
Progression, not perfection — right? 😉

For those who are new to somatic work — or simply unsure where to begin — I now offer a Ground & Orient Session. 🌿
It’s a gentle, 60-minute place to land.

This session isn’t about diving deep or fixing anybody.
It’s about:
• settling the nervous system
• slowing things down
• naming what you’ve been carrying

A friend said something to me recently that stayed with me:

“I refer so many people to you… but I don’t know how to explain what you do.”

And honestly, that told me something important. I hadn’t been explaining it clearly enough.

So here’s the simplest way I can say it:

Through gentle, somatic (mind–body–spirit) support, combining conversation with nervous-system care, I help people who are carrying more than they were ever meant to hold

- stress, grief, pressure, responsibility, unspoken loss and whose bodies and nervous systems are quietly paying the price -

to gently release what’s been weighing on them so steadiness, clarity and inner peace can return.

This work isn’t about fixing you.
It’s not about pushing, optimizing or talking things through endlessly.

It’s about restoring safety first
so truth can be felt, clarity can return
and real healing can unfold.

I work with the body, the nervous system and the deeper self - because when pain has been carried for a long time, understanding alone isn’t enough.

My heart is still full and beaming from last night’s Complimentary Somatic Grief & Loss Support gathering. 💓

Last night was one of those quiet reminders of why this work matters so deeply and why I feel more called than ever to do it. 💚

People showed up with tenderness, honesty and courage, and together we created a space where grief could be acknowledged without pressure, fixing or performance. 💞

December’s gathering was the same.
Strangers arriving quietly.
Leaving more connected, steadied and less alone. 💝

It is truly beautiful and such a blessing to witness the container that each group creates together through presence, care and loving kindness. 🥰

Humanity at its best. 🕊️

This is what happens when the body is invited into healing.

It lives in the body.

In our breath, our muscles, our sleep, our energy, our ability to feel joy again.

As this year comes to a close, I want to offer a gentle but honest invitation.

If there’s one thing I’ve learned, personally and professionally, it’s this:

✨ we can’t out-run what we haven’t healed.

The wounds, regrets, shame, guilt and hurts we try to push down don’t disappear.

- They settle into the body.
- They weigh on the nervous system.
- They shape how we think, love, lead and live - mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually.

And it doesn’t have to be that way.

As we step into a new year, I’m passionately inviting you to make yourself a priority.

To stop carrying what was never meant to be carried forever.

To gently break the chains that bind you.

❤️‍🩹 This is the work of resetting the nervous system.
💚 Releasing what no longer serves you - the shame, the guilt, the old stories, the pain.
💙 Reclaiming your life as your birthright.
💝 Realigning with what actually matters.

So much of what we’re told is important is just noise and distraction from what really matters in our short and fleeting lives:

Wishing You A Peaceful Christmas 🕊️

As we arrive at this tender moment of the year, I wanted to reach out and wish you a very Merry Christmas.


I know this season can hold many things for many people - joy, reflection, grief, gratitude, hope, longing, love - sometimes all at once. Whatever Christmas means to you, I hope it brings moments of peace, love and joy.


For me, Christmas is rooted in faith. It is a time to remember the birth of Jesus, the quiet arrival of love into the world, reminding us of compassion, humility, forgiveness and hope. Those values feel especially meaningful right now.


My Christmas wish for you is this:

❤️ May you stay connected to the present moment.
💚 May you listen to your inner knowing and trust its quiet wisdom.
❤️ May you give yourself permission to slow down, breathe and soften.
💚 May you gently realign with what truly matters and find peace in small, simple, ordinary moments, where it so often lives.

A gentle reminder as we move through this busy week…

Try not to sweat the small stuff…. And it’s all small stuff. 🤍🎄🎅🏻

Practice patience with yourself and with others.

Pause and take a breath.

Being a kind person is what’s important.

Remember your manners… including the ones you extend to yourself.

Let someone go ahead of you.
Hold the door open.
Say thank you…

Listen to yourself.
Listen to what your system needs in this moment and respond with care. 💖
If you feel up to doing something, do it.
If you feel called to rest, slow down, or be quiet, honour that too.

Stay connected to the present moment.
Go inside and listen to your inner knowing and act on it accordingly.
That’s where peace lives. 🕊️

And remember, the most meaningful gifts aren’t things.
Your presence matters more than anything you could buy.

All we truly have is time. Life is tender, fleeting and precious. 💞 Give the gift of your time to yourself and the people you love and care about. 💝

Have you ever noticed that even the “good things” in life don’t quite light you up the way you think they should?

So many of us learned when we were younger to shut down our bad or scary feelings to survive situations we didn’t yet have the capacity to handle - a completely natural response to what we were navigating at the time.

But when we numbed the pain, we also unknowingly numbed and disconnected from all the feelings… including joy.

Many people are quietly carrying heavy things and don’t feel safe saying them out loud.

The body remembers what we haven’t yet been able to face - until we’re ready to gently work through it and let it go.

I've been there - and you don’t have to carry it alone. You can gently learn to feel again.
