This new designation to an RN license empowers our nurses to assess patients, order tests, refer to specialists, and prescribe medications. Our RN Prescriber is enhancing patient care and accessibility.
While this initiative is new, it represents a significant positive step towards addressing the healthcare challenges we face today. By expanding the scope of practice for our dedicated nurses, we are improving efficiency, reducing wait times, and ensuring that our community receives timely and effective care.

Honoring Logan Boulet’s Legacy on Green Shirt Day
April 7th is Green Shirt Day, a day of awareness and action inspired by a tragedy that turned into a movement of hope.
In 2018, Logan Boulet, a young hockey player, lost his life in the Humboldt Broncos bus crash. But his decision to become an organ donor saved six lives, inspiring over 150,000
Canadians to register as donors in what became known as the
Logan Boulet Effect.
We believe in the power of informed choices when it comes to health. That’s why we’re
supporting Green Shirt Day by encouraging conversations about organ donation and
making sure our patients have access to resources that help them make informed
decisions.
