Foundations complimentary health centre provides our community with multifaceted natural health care practitioners located in one place who can more completely treat your health concerns. Our practitioners are highly trained and regulated by their respective colleges and are constantly retraining themselves to stay abreast of the current changes in their field. Each person has many different factors contributing to their wellness. Our goal here is to make all modalities available so that we as practitioners know we are treating the unique and complex nature of each client. To make an analogy; if you didn't have gas in your car then it really won't help you to fix the flat tire until you also get gas. We strive to help you as a person experience a multifaceted approach to your healthcare to make sure we are not ignoring some obvious contributors to dis-ease.

Welcome! I am a Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner (R.TCM.P) who recently relocated to the area from Nelson, B.C. With a passion for holistic health, I specialize in treating internal medicine, menstrual and women’s health, mental and emotional wellness (such as anxiety and depression), and dermatology.

I believe that Chinese Medicine offers powerful solutions for a wide range of common health concerns, including insomnia, pain, fatigue, menstrual disorders, and digestive issues. My goal is to help you achieve balance and wellness in every aspect of your life.

Outside of the clinic, I enjoy exploring nature, camping, and spending quality time with my friends and family. I am also deeply committed to continuing my education and expanding my knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine to better serve my patients.

Good morning,
I just wanted to send out an email to let you know how we are doing at Foundations for creating a safe place for you to continue to have your care. Thus far we have implemented some extra cleaning regimes and are attempting to limit time for clients in the reception area in contact with other folks.

We also wish to ask you to be your own guide as far as deciding whether you need to be in a social distancing mode. If you are immune-compromised or have been on a trip where you feel exposure may have been a factor then we suggest you follow the guidelines outlined by the Government of Canada.

We do hope to see you and by no means wish to turn you away but given that this is the first pandemic I have ever experienced in my 51 years on this planet I believe it is something to take seriously to cut the exposure risk down if possible.
