As we step into a New Year, I want to take a moment to reflect with deep gratitude as I prepare to wrap up my in-person work here at ITMT

To Beuerman & the entire team — thank you for the support &&& shared care for our community. It has truly been an honour to work alongside such talented, heart-centered practitioners.

To my in-person clients — thank you for trusting me, showing up for yourselves and allowing me to support your health, healing &&& nervous systems over the years.

The connections we’ve built in this space mean more to me than I can express.

While my in-person sessions wrapped up December 19th, this is not goodbye.

Did you know that yoga can help alleviate your IBS symptoms?

Yoga can help reduce your stress 😖 and anxiety which can make your IBS symptoms worse.

It also helps to promote relaxation and can improve your digestion 🚽🧻

There are a few yoga poses in particular that can help with your GI symptoms such as gas, bloating and cramps.

These include,
👉🏼 the forward bend
👉🏼 child's pose
👉🏼 spinal twist
👉🏼 camel pose
👉🏼 cow pose

If you're new to yoga, you can start slowly and build you way up to more complex and challenging yoga poses.

Our office will be closed for holidays December 20th, 2025 to January 4th, 2026. Emergency Appointments will be available. There are 4 reasons to skip the ER and see a chiropractor in an emergency:

1. Emergency appts available outside of business hours throughout the holiday season.
2. Chiropractor is better qualified to diagnose spinal and muscloskeletal emergencies.
3. Avoid crowded ERs that are already taxed with COVID protocols and understanding.
4. Save time, money and get fast care.
