Meet Pauline Vandermoor, who has been teaching fitness on Monday mornings at Nanoose Place for a few years, initially covering for Pam and more regularly this past year or so.
She has been teaching Hatha Yoga for 15 years and holds international accreditation through Yoga Alliance and Accessible Yoga, as well as provincially through BCRPA.
She will be offering a 60-minute Yoga class on Friday mornings starting January 3rd. This class will be suitable for beginner and intermediate participants who are comfortable getting on and off the floor as well as spending some time on hands and knees. Modifications for all poses will be offered and participants will be encouraged to find what works best for them.
