Hello my name is Jennifer. I grew up in a small village, where I developed a natural connection to the spirit realm and an early sensitivity to energy. From a young age, I was intuitive and empathetic, often sensing subtle shifts within people, spaces, and moments before they fully unfolded. These early experiences shaped my understanding of the unseen and nurtured a deep respect for the interconnectedness of all life.
I was drawn to learning from Elders and knowledge keepers, valuing lived wisdom, ceremony, and teachings shared through story, observation, and presence. These teachings continue to inform my approach to healing—one that honours humility, listening, and relationship rather than hierarchy or force.
At the age of 25, I moved to the city, where my spiritual path expanded and deepened. It was there that I met a Reiki Master whose lived experience and unwavering trust in Reiki’s healing power inspired me to formally begin my Reiki training. Witnessing Reiki practiced with integrity, consistency, and compassion affirmed what I already felt intuitively—that energy healing is not something to “learn,” but something to remember and embody.
Reiki has since become a daily practice in my life, supporting mental clarity, emotional regulation, spiritual grounding, and self-compassion. I share Reiki with family members, animals, and community, approaching each session with reverence, consent, and respect for each individual’s healing journey. My work is intuitive yet grounded, blending energetic awareness with presence, breath, and attuned listening.
I believe healing is not about fixing what is broken, but about reconnecting to our innate wholeness. I understand healing as a relational process—between practitioner and participant, body and spirit, self and community.
In my trainings and workshops, I create safe, heart-centered spaces rooted in care, cultural respect, and trauma-informed awareness. Participants are gently guided to slow down, reconnect with their intuition, and strengthen trust in their own inner knowing. Whether I am offering Reiki training, group healing, or reflective workshops, I hold space with humility, warmth, and deep respect for each person’s lived experience.
My intention is to support others in remembering that healing is already within them—and that they are worthy of care, balance, and belonging.
