✨ My Kundalini Journey ✨
I first came into Kundalini Yoga in 2017, during a deep period of transformation after becoming a mother. Like many women, I had poured so much of myself into caring for others that I started to lose touch with who I was. I was searching for something — not even sure what — just a feeling of connection, peace, and authenticity that felt like home.
I didn’t start Kundalini with the intention to teach. I simply wanted to heal, to grow, and to find myself again. But what unfolded was far beyond anything I could have expected. As I committed to the practice, I began to experience shifts that felt both subtle and powerful — clarity, energy, intuition, emotional release, and a sense of grounding I hadn’t felt in years.
Kundalini Yoga is often called the “yoga of awareness.” It works on awakening the energy that lies dormant within us — the creative, life-giving force that flows through all things. Through breathwork (pranayama), movement (kriya), meditation, and mantra, it helps balance the nervous system, open the heart, and quiet the mind. It’s a practice that heals from the inside out — physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
In time, Kundalini became more than just a practice for me — it became a path back to myself. I experienced what I can only describe as a spiritual awakening, a remembering of who I am beneath all the layers of life’s noise and expectations.
It’s what made me a believer.
Kundalini continues to guide me back to my center — to my soul. Every breath, every sound, every vibration is a reminder that healing begins within.
🕉 Kundalini found me when I needed it most, and it continues to lead me home.
