Tea Time! 💚

Kombucha day!!! I use organic green tea for ours. Kombucha is made by fermenting the Kombucha mushroom which produces a slightly fermented (delicious) beverage.

Purslain is plentiful this time of year (August). A wonderful nourishing plant which I often add to my blender drink. Couldn’t get fresher!!!

Harvesting & drying Comfrey leaves for the winter. Made into an infusion it is excellent for the mucous membrane & for remineralizing bones.
