I'll be offering Reiki Energy Healing Sessions on site. If you've always been curious about Reiki but weren't sure where to start, this is the perfect opportunity. Rather than a full 60-minute session, Kerrie will be offering 20-minute and 40-minute sessions. Come by, ask questions, and discover what Reiki can do for you.

I'm so excited to be offering a Reiki Level 1 Certification Class on May 23 & 24, 2026. This is a hands-on, practical two-day experience designed for beginners. No prior experience is needed, just an open mind and a willingness to explore.

Over the weekend, you'll learn how to offer Reiki to yourself, your friends, and your family. You'll begin to tune into your own energy and intuition in a way that feels natural, not overwhelming. You'll leave with a simple daily practice you can use anytime and the confidence to actually use it.

What makes this different? I teach the way I learn best, practically, patiently, and with real support. Classes are kept small so that every person gets genuine guidance, not just information. And my support doesn't stop when the weekend does. You'll have 30 days of support through WhatsApp after the class is complete.

This is more than a certification. It's the beginning of a practice that grows with you.

I was used to the constant urgency, tight deadlines, projects piling up, and every day responsibilities. It always felt like there was not enough time in a day.

I felt like I was carrying the weight of the world was on my shoulders. Sitting still felt uncomfortable, because there was just so much I needed to do.

Over time I realized I had been in a heightened state of stress for so long that I didn’t know how to relax anymore.

So I had to relearn how to slow down.

I started by giving myself just 5 minutes here and there. Little pauses, like mini time-outs for myself.

It helped give me reset I needed, putting me in a better mood, allowing me to think more clearly, show up with more energy, and move through my day more productively.

If you can take 5 minutes today, step away, breathe, and give yourself that moment.

For a long time, I thought I had to keep pushing through.

No breaks. No pauses.

But all that really did was leave me more exhausted.

When I finally started giving myself mindful pauses, I realized I bounced back faster. My energy came back. My thinking became clearer. I was more focused, more patient, and more present.

I used to feel guilty taking time for myself while the world kept moving. But the truth is… the world will keep moving either way.

And if you don’t take care of yourself, eventually your body will force you to stop. I learned that the hard way through burnout and getting sick.

Self-care isn’t selfish. It’s necessary.

Everything will still be there when you return. The difference is that you’ll come back more rested, and able to show up as the best version of yourself.

Take the time. Reset. Then return stronger.
