Good evening!
In light of our Public Health Officer, Dr. Bonnie Henry’s recent announcements I felt it was important to touch base regarding upcoming massage appointments.
Please note, the current mandate of social gatherings in the home DOES NOT include home based businesses. As much as I love to see you, these are professional appointments and we are operating with proper procedures and protocols already in place to keep both of us safe.
In saying that, I would like to take a moment to remind you of a few things.
1) The emailed Covid-19 screening questionnaire is MANDATORY. This is not an option. You MUST fill out this questionnaire sent to you in order to attend your appointment.
2) Please wait inside your vehicle until your appointment time or I have made with you to come in for your appointment. I do not want to feel rushed between my appointments as I have a strict cleaning protocol that must be followed.
3) Masks are now mandatory to be worn upon arrival and during your entirety of your massage. Please bring a mask to your massage appointment.
4) Please use hand sanitizer before entry into my home and I ask that you please use the sanitizer in the treatment room after your massage treatment before you open the treatment room door.
5) Please provide a minimum of 48 hours cancelation notice so that I may fill the spot that was reserved for you. Our screening protocols are such that we cannot book the day before. PLEASE cancel your appointment if you are exhibiting any Covid-19, cold or flu symptoms.
I want to do my very best in keeping everyone safe and healthy during these times. Rest assure, I am cleaning, sanitizing, wiping down and spraying like a mad woman. I am doing everything in my power so that I may remain working and so that we can both keep healthy, and I ask that you please do the same for me.
Thank you so SO very much for your kindness and understanding during these uncertain times. I appreciate you!!!
If you have any questions or concerns as always, please do not hesitate to ask.
Take care,
Elisa
