Can’t wait to be back! We now have more sessions. We open at 8am and last session starts at 8pm, 6 days a week, Tuesday through Sunday😊

No council meeting tomorrow for Sweat Culture!
Our council date has been postponed till mid April.

We will continue to do everything, including standing on our heads, to be there for you this spring and summer Peachland!
Thank you to all who have supported Sweat Culture along the way! We aren’t done yet!

We will take a short break as we wait to be back on the beach at Peachland!

We are headed to council in Peachland, Tues March 24th at 3pm! We are requesting a summer permit as well as presenting some fresh ideas.

“What is luxury is not wearing plastics!”

Sweat Culture has something new in the vision board…. Come follow our mission to design and make healthy sauna suits!

I (Nina) have been the worst for plastic clothing! As an athletic person who loves to work out, my wardrobe is full of stretchy fabrics, buttery soft but…. Not good in the sauna, not good when sweating….and when I step back… not good for me in general. Things have to change!

So…. We are stepping out with the help of a designer, and looking to create something we don’t need to feel bad wearing!

Group meets at the Sweat Culture sauna on Beach Ave, Peachland, runs with a guide to the summit of Pincushion Mountain and then back again to sauna (11.5K).

Run-club community sauna session starts at 10:30 with cold plunging in the lake in intervals.

3 hours and 45 min total for run, sauna and cold plunge

Limited availability run club….
