Info about BIE
(Bio-energetic Intolerance Elimination)
aka Allergy treatments

What is Bio-Energetics (BIE)? Bio-Energetics (BIE) is a simple new natural modality that uses a state-of-the-art instrument called the GSR-120 unit that is used to direct energy onto various points on the body to help create a homeostatic state, allowing the body to heal itself, alleviating suffering from identified stressors. Stressors are discordant energies that lead to imbalances in the body creating dis-ease states. Common stressors or stressor type reactions include:
•Food and Environmental Intolerances (Dairy, Gluten, Nuts, Dust/Dust Mites, Pets, Molds, Weeds, Pollens)
•Fatigue – Digestive Issues – Hormonal Disturbances – Sleep Conditions – Behavioral and Emotional Problems

How can BIE help? Once the stressors are identified, the GSR-120 unit is used on various points on the body, allowing the body to heal itself. How many BIE sessions will I need? Generally, it requires only 1 to 4 sessions depending upon the following:
•The amount of bodily toxins
•The strength of the person’s immune system
•The client’s level of hydration
•The stress level of the client

However, several visits may be required to help the body to achieve homeostasis with those who are affected by multiple stressors. Once homeostasis is achieved, there is usually no need for subsequent or yearly visits for the same stressors.

When we talk about hormone health, it’s not just about how much hormone you have — it’s also about whether your body can respond to it.

I like to explain hormone receptors using a lock and key analogy 🔑 Your hormone is the key. ➡️ Your hormone receptor is the lock.

For everything to work smoothly, the lock has to be clean and functioning properly so the key can fit and turn. When the body is under chronic stress, exposed to toxins, inflamed, or depleted, it’s like the lock gets gummed up — and even the right hormone can’t do its job effectively.

This is why simply adding hormones or supplements isn’t always enough. Supporting your liver, gut, nervous system, sleep, nutrition, and overall lifestyle helps ensure your receptors are receptive — not resistant.

Hormone balance isn’t just about supply. It’s about communication, and hormone testing like the DUTCH Test is one test we offer that can help us figure out how the body is communicating— no need to guess!

How are you liking the hormone series so far? Is it making sense? Are you liking the way I am explaining things? I want this series to be as helpful as possible so feedback is so appreciated!

Between the packed schedules, the cold weather, the endless to-dos, and the extra financial stress, it’s no surprise that this season can push our nervous systems to the edge.

So this year, I want to help you move through the holidays with more calm, steadiness, and resilience — not burnout.
Swipe through to learn how each of these can make your holiday season feel a little lighter.

What’s one thing you’re doing to de-stress this year? Baking? Walks? A favourite family tradition? Tell me in the comments

One of my absolute favourite blends for the holidays is mixing Citrus Breeze, Pine, and Spruce — three of my own Harmony Health Oils that create the perfect balance of uplifting, grounding, and cozy. It’s the kind of scent that instantly makes your home feel calm, warm, and welcoming.

And right now, all three oils are 20% off, which makes it the perfect time to stock up for the season!

Pro tip: Don’t have a diffuser?
Just add a few drops of each oil to a pot of gently boiling water on the stove. Your whole home will smell incredible — naturally and beautifully.

PMS and PMDD are often grouped together — but they are not the same, and understanding the difference matters.

While PMS usually involves mild to moderate symptoms in the days leading up to a period, PMDD is more intense and can significantly impact daily functioning, emotional wellbeing, relationships, and work. PMDD symptoms also tend to follow a predictable monthly pattern and resolve once menstruation begins.

Dr. Daria’s approach to hormonal concerns like PMS and PMDD is patient-centred and rooted in identifying the underlying cause. She help patients understand why they’re feeling the way they do and guide them in supporting their bodies through therapeutic nutrition, targeted supplementation, recognizing personal triggers, and regulating the nervous system.

If your cycle feels overwhelming or disruptive, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
If you’re struggling with concerns like PMS or PMDD, book in for support.

One of the most important things I want people to understand about hormone health is this: there is no shortcut.

At the most basic level, healthy hormones require a strong foundation — and that means sleep, nourishment, movement, stress management, and lifestyle choices that actually support your body.

Hormone therapy, supplementation, or replacement can absolutely have a place… but without addressing the why behind the imbalance, you’re only doing part of the work. If nothing changes in your daily habits, your body doesn’t truly get the chance to heal or rebalance.

Your hormones are constantly responding to how you live — how you sleep, what you eat, how stressed you are, and how well supported your nervous system feels.

When you focus on the foundation first, everything else has a chance to work better. That’s where real, lasting hormone support begins.

This season can be beautiful… and also a lot.
Between busy schedules, richer food and drinks, long winter nights, and much less sunlight, it’s common to notice changes in digestion, immunity, and mood.

That’s exactly why I created these blends. Right now, I’m leaning into my favourite seasonal “Teas” from my Harmony Tea Co. line:

🍵 Happy Tummy — gentle digestive support for bloating, heaviness, and that “too much holiday food” feeling.

🍵 Immuni-Tea — designed to support your immune system during cold & flu season, especially when stress and fatigue are high.

🍵 Calm & Joy — a beautiful blend to support the nervous system, lift mood, and bring a little brightness into the darker months.

🍵 Spirit Tea — grounding and supportive when you’re feeling emotionally stretched or disconnected.

These medicinal teas were created using herbs that have been trusted for generations — to support the body in simple, nourishing ways. Sometimes the best medicine is slowing down, pausing, and enjoying a warm cup of tea.

✨ Tea Packs Available - You can also build your own 3- or 5-tea packs at a discounted rate, and mix & match flavours so you have exactly what you need for the season.
