(Bio-energetic Intolerance Elimination)
aka Allergy treatments

What is Bio-Energetics (BIE)? Bio-Energetics (BIE) is a simple new natural modality that uses a state-of-the-art instrument called the GSR-120 unit that is used to direct energy onto various points on the body to help create a homeostatic state, allowing the body to heal itself, alleviating suffering from identified stressors. Stressors are discordant energies that lead to imbalances in the body creating dis-ease states. Common stressors or stressor type reactions include:
•Food and Environmental Intolerances (Dairy, Gluten, Nuts, Dust/Dust Mites, Pets, Molds, Weeds, Pollens)
•Fatigue – Digestive Issues – Hormonal Disturbances – Sleep Conditions – Behavioral and Emotional Problems

How can BIE help? Once the stressors are identified, the GSR-120 unit is used on various points on the body, allowing the body to heal itself. How many BIE sessions will I need? Generally, it requires only 1 to 4 sessions depending upon the following:
•The amount of bodily toxins
•The strength of the person’s immune system
•The client’s level of hydration
•The stress level of the client

However, several visits may be required to help the body to achieve homeostasis with those who are affected by multiple stressors. Once homeostasis is achieved, there is usually no need for subsequent or yearly visits for the same stressors.

Harmony Tea Co. was created with intention. I didn’t create these blends just to be enjoyable — I created them to serve a purpose. To fill a need. To make a simple cup of tea something that could be both comforting and healing.

Each blend is hand-crafted using organic, top-quality herbs, chosen not only for their individual benefits, but for how they work synergistically together to support the body. These are medicinal infusions designed with care, experience, and healing at the centre — the way I approach my clinical work as a naturopath.

I also chose loose-leaf tea intentionally. It creates less waste, avoids unnecessary tea bags, and allows you to choose the amount that feels right for your body and your day.

If you’re someone who values quality, sustainability, and herbal medicine that’s been thoughtfully formulated — this line was created for you.

Right now, Harmony Tea Co. blends are on sale 20–50% off, making it a beautiful time to explore a new blend or restock a favourite.

Because tea can be more than a habit — it can be part of your healing.

Muscle cramps are one of those symptoms I see all the time — and they’re often your body asking for a little more support.

Dehydration, low magnesium, and higher stress levels are some of the most common contributors, and I break this down more in the video.

We do carry a variety of magnesium options in clinic, because not all magnesium is the same — and the right form matters.

💬 Let’s talk:

One of the most important parts of the care I provide is time.

Reviewing lab results, discussing symptoms, and creating a thoughtful plan can’t be rushed — and things like test result reviews truly need a minimum of 30 minutes to be done properly.

Another important point is that in order to give the best care possible to each patient, I can only focus on one patient per appointment. I am happy to book you and your family back to back appointments for convenience, but we cannot discuss multiple people in one.

I completely understand wanting to stay within a budget. At the same time, I need to ensure I’m allowing enough space in my schedule to give you my full attention, stay on track for the day, and respect the time of every patient I see.

If an appointment ends up being shorter than what was booked, you’ll only be charged for the actual time we spend together. Booking the appropriate length simply ensures we’re not rushed and that your care is handled with the depth it deserves.

Thank you for understanding and for helping me continue to provide thoughtful, unrushed care to everyone who walks through our doors.

Progesterone is often referred to as the body’s calming, balancing hormone — and when levels are low, you can feel it.

Low progesterone can contribute to symptoms like:
• anxiety or feeling “wired but tired”
• sleep issues
• PMS or heavy periods
• cycle irregularities
• feeling emotionally overwhelmed

In this video, I’m sharing why adequate progesterone levels are so important and what can happen when the body isn’t producing enough.

If any of this resonates, know this: your symptoms aren’t random — they’re information. And with the right support, balance is possible.

Any questions regarding this topic or any others in the hormone series? Let’s get chatting about it in the comments!

Progesterone doesn’t get talked about nearly enough — but it plays a huge role in how we feel as women.

In this video, I’m breaking down what progesterone actually is and where it’s created in the body, because understanding the basics is the first step in understanding your symptoms.

Progesterone is often thought of as just a “pregnancy hormone,” but it’s so much more than that. It’s deeply connected to your cycle, your nervous system, and your overall hormone balance.

Knowledge is power — and your body is always communicating with you.

Save this and come back for Part 2, where we talk about why adequate progesterone levels matter so much.

These teas were never created to be “just another product on a shelf.”

I created Harmony Tea Co. because I wanted simple, daily rituals that actually do something — blends that support digestion, hormones, stress, sleep, immunity, and mood using medicinal herbs that have been used for generations.

For many of my patients, tea becomes the most consistent form of self-care they stick with. It’s gentle. It’s grounding. And it’s a way to support the body without adding another pill to the day.

Right now, my tea blends are on sale in-clinic and online — some at a deeper discount while quantities last. Not because they’re going away, but because I love when people have the chance to explore blends they may not have tried yet and make herbal support part of their routine.

If you’ve been curious about medicinal teas, this is a beautiful place to start.

Slow down. Brew a cup. Let the herbs do what they’ve always done.

I’m excited to share that I’m now working with DNA Labs to offer advanced genetic and genomic testing options for my patients. I wanted to give you a bit of insight into why this matters.

DNA Labs provides high-quality genetic testing that helps us go beyond standard labs and understand how your body is uniquely wired on a genetic level. This isn’t about ancestry or just numbers — it’s about personalized health information that can influence decisions around things like medication response (pharmacogenomics), nutrition needs, lifestyle factors, hormone function, and much more.

As a Naturopathic Doctor, I use tools like this to help tailor care that is truly individualized — because your genetics can influence how your body responds to certain therapies, nutrients, and even stressors. Knowing this kind of information can help us customize your plan in a way that is more precise and effective.

The testing process is simple and convenient, and it gives us deeper insight into your health so we can work together with even more clarity and intention.

*This test comes with a Canada Post free shipping label to be shipped through your local post office unlike our other tests that we recommend shipping through FedEx in Regina*

If you ever feel dizzy or lightheaded when you stand up, I want you to know this — your body is communicating with you. Symptoms are not random. They’re signals.

That lightheaded feeling can be your body asking for support, and some common underlying reasons I see include:
• Dehydration
• Poor digestion or absorption of key minerals
• Adrenal insufficiency (often called adrenal fatigue)
• Low blood pressure
• Anemia

Instead of ignoring symptoms or brushing them off, I always encourage listening closely and adjusting accordingly. When we understand why something is happening, we can address the root cause — not just the symptom itself.

Your body is wise. Sometimes it’s just asking you to slow down, nourish more deeply, and pay attention.

If this is something you experience often, it may be worth exploring further.

We wanted to share an important update regarding at-home lab testing and shipping samples back for processing.

Recently, we’ve noticed increased confusion and challenges when patients try to ship their completed test kits from rural locations. Different courier companies — and even different locations of the same company — have been giving inconsistent information about whether they can accept these samples. Unfortunately, this has led to delays, refused shipments, and added stress for patients.

Based on repeated experience, the most reliable and least stressful option we’ve found is to ship your completed test kits through the FedEx depot at the Regina Airport. Every patient we’ve directed there has had successful shipments without issues.

We understand that traveling to Regina can be an inconvenience for some, especially when living rurally. However, once samples are collected, it’s very important they are shipped promptly and correctly to ensure accurate results.

Making a plan PRIOR to collecting your sample for how your ship it is very important as many tests have a timeframe that must be followed.

To reduce the risk of delays or refusals, we strongly recommend using the Regina FedEx Airport depot. If another courier or location is chosen, we unfortunately cannot be held responsible if the shipment is declined or delayed.

Our goal is always to help your testing process go as smoothly as possible — and this has proven to be the most reliable option for our patients.

*The new DNA Labs testing comes with a Canada Post shipping label and can be shipped through your local Canada Post*

Estrogen is often labeled as a “female reproductive hormone”… but its role in the body goes so much deeper than that.

When estrogen is balanced, it supports:

✨ Brain and mood health
✨ Bone strength
✨ Heart and cardiovascular protection
✨ Skin elasticity and hydration
✨ Vaginal and urinary health
✨ Metabolism and insulin sensitivity

But when levels are too low — or too high — the ripple effects can show up everywhere: mood changes, fatigue, weight shifts, painful cycles, headaches, sleep disruption, hot flashes, and more.

Hormones never work in isolation, and estrogen is one of the key players that influences so many systems in the body.

This is why I always say hormone health isn’t just about periods — it’s about whole-body wellness.

If your body feels “off,” estrogen balance is often part of the story.

01/20/2026

Estrogen is one of the most talked-about hormones… but also one of the most misunderstood.

Most people think of estrogen as a single hormone connected only to the menstrual cycle or puberty — but it’s actually a family of hormones, each playing a different role in the body.

In this video I’m breaking down:
• What estrogen actually is
• The three main forms (Estradiol, Estrone, Estriol….and just to make things interesting I briefly discussed xenoestrogens as well but we will go deeper into that topic another day!)
• Where estrogen is created within the body

This is Part 1 in my estrogen deep dive — Part 2 is coming next where I’ll talk about why estrogen matters far beyond reproduction.
