It's not just about feeling tired or stressed; it's a deep-seated exhaustion that permeates every aspect of our lives, affecting our physical health, mental well-being, and overall sense of fulfillment.

So why is it crucial to address the root cause of burnout? Because simply treating the symptoms won't lead to lasting change. We must dig deeper, exploring the underlying factors that contribute to this pervasive issue. Is it the pressure to constantly perform at work? The relentless pursuit of perfectionism? Neglecting our own needs in favor of meeting others' expectations? Each of us may have different triggers, but they all share a common thread: an imbalance between our energy expenditure and replenishment.

πŸŒͺ️When we are in the depths of chaos, overwhelm, anxiety, depression, panic, you name it, it feels impossible to feel any differently. β€‹β€‹β€‹β€‹β€‹β€‹β€‹β€‹β€‹β€‹β€‹β€‹β€‹β€‹β€‹β€‹β€‹β€‹πŸŒˆ But there are these magical micro moments when our nervous system takes a pause, where there are slivers of these gentle reminders that tell us that we can also feel calm and present πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ known as glimmers.

πŸ’« Those small, tiny moments where maybe even just for a second we feel the warmth of the sun on our face, we take a deep sigh, or we hear the birds chirp for the first time after a long winter. 🌸
