It's a cookies and icecream kinda meal! I've had a long-standing negative relationship with sugar and I actually feel at a place now where I can enjoy the occasional treat and it not turn into a spiral of comfort eating! The feeling of eating sugar cause it tastes nice and eating it to comfort are totally different! Can anyone else relate??

I've been on the move more or less the last 10 years. And it still takes time to adjust to a new place. To settle into a routine. To fully arrive, into the space and cultivate those positive habits. But hell it feels good to be grounding again!
