❤️ Histamine intolerance is becoming increasingly common, but many people don’t realize it’s often linked to MTHFR gene mutations and other methylation issues.

Histamine intolerance often goes undiagnosed because its symptoms can mimic other conditions.

Think of it like trying to fit too much into a 5-gallon bucket—if you overfill it, things spill out and cause issues.

Histamine intolerance causes symptoms such as headaches, hives, anxiety/irritability, acid reflux, nausea, arrhythmia, sinus drainage, and heartburn due to excess histamine in the body.
