I'm so grateful for every single one of these humans!

What an absolutely incredible community to be a part of. 🙏

We had an amazing night collectively basking in the final hours of the year of the 🐍

We danced, we shared our hearts, we meditated & drank a supportive herbal tea.

It was so wholesome & just what the heart needed.

We need eachother.

We are so blessed to have an herbal tea for tonight's final shed ceremony curated just for us by an herbalist ❤️🙏

We will learn about the medicinal & spiritual properties of borage, skullcap & passionflower.

These medicines will support us in this final release & give us some courage to step into the year of the fire horse 🐎🔥

Introducing a new offering for female veterans!

This monthly circle is a welcoming space to cultivate strength, resilience, and meaningful connection.

Together, we’ll explore practical mindfulness tools — including grounding practices, breathwork, and self-awareness techniques — that support emotional well-being and everyday life.

Rooted in respect for shared service experiences, this circle honors both strength and vulnerability.

It’s a place to reconnect with yourself, build supportive community, and strengthen the inner resources that carry you forward.

We gather one Thursday per month from 8:30–10:00 am in our cozy studio space by the fire.

Coffee and tea will be served.

Cost is fully covered by VAC.

If you’re a woman who has served and are looking for a supportive, steady space to pause and reconnect, you are warmly invited to join us.

Rooted in Love 🌹✨ Cacao Ceremony

This February, in the month of love, I invite you to root deeply into the most important love of all — the love within yourself.

We’ll gather for an intimate evening of self-love rituals, heart-opening meditation, intentional movement, sound bath, and sacred ceremony.

Together, we’ll soften, reconnect, and remember what it feels like to be fully held in loving presence.

You’ll be served a rose-infused ceremonial cacao — a beautiful fusion of two powerful heart medicines.

🌹 Rose is known for its gentle yet profound ability to open the heart, soothe emotional tension, encourage compassion, and support self-love. Its energy is soft, nurturing, and deeply healing — helping us move through vulnerability with grace.

🍫 Ceremonial cacao is rich in antioxidants, magnesium, and mood-enhancing compounds like theobromine and anandamide (often called the “bliss molecule”). Cacao supports increased blood flow to the heart and brain, gently energizes the body, enhances focus, and promotes feelings of connection, gratitude, and emotional clarity.

This new moon in Capricorn invites us into the quiet — a space of rest, reflection, and gentleness. In the darkness, we plant intentions, listen inward, and reconnect with what truly matters.

Enjoy a guided relaxation meditation that will have us basking in this energy together.

What to expect:

☕ Cacao Ceremony: Honour & savour the warm Cacao that was prepared with intention. Learn about the medicinal benefits & ancient traditions of raw ceremonial grade cacao. Participants will be guided through a gratitude practice with slow & intentional experiencing of the cacao.

🧘‍♀️ Body Flow: Crank the tunes & get your body moving! We will move through a series of meditative stretches & somatic exercises to fully activate and embody the heart opening and releasing properties of the cacao.

🎵 Heartsong: To fully experience this heart opening medicine, we will use our collective voices in a heartsong practice. Participants will be guided through a song circle using instruments, mantras and breathwork with vocalization practices. This is a beautiful, intuitive practice & participation is optional- you can use your voice & instrument or you can simply enjoy the music.

To my beautiful community....

I'll be stepping away from socials over the holidays so that I can connect with my loved ones & offer myself a much needed reset.

I'm so grateful for each and every one of you for making this the most incredible year yet!

I hope you all can find some pockets of peace and love over the holidays.
