We’re 36 hours away from Re-GOAL, Not Re-START 💛

This in-person, weight-neutral health workshop is almost here — and we are so looking forward to this time together.

If you’ve been thinking about joining us, this is your reminder.

We’ll be exploring:
✶ how diet culture shapes our health goals
✶ why motivation and willpower aren’t the real issue
✶ what a kinder, more sustainable approach to health can look like

We’re really excited to share that Re-GOAL, Not Re-START is now 50% booked 🥳.

This is a free, in-person, weight-neutral health workshop created for anyone who wants a different relationship with health goals — one that isn’t rooted in dieting, pressure, or the feeling that you need to keep starting over.

During this experience, Jane and Melissa slow things down together and explore:

🩷 how health goals often get shaped by diet culture (without us realizing it)

🩷 why motivation, discipline, and willpower aren’t the problem we’ve been told they are

🩷 what a kinder, more supportive approach to health goals can actually look like

This workshop is reflective, practical, and grounded in emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual health — with space to think, write, connect, and just be human.

This Valentines Day Nourish U is hosting a different experience for couples. This sensual evening is being facilitated by Meg Williams ( https://www.megwilliams.org/ ) and has limited spots.

House of Desires is an intimate Valentine’s sensual dining experience for couples on February 13th, woven as an evening of connection, play, and slow, decadent pleasure.

From 6–7 p.m., couples gather in a cozy group container where they are guided through playful mini ta***ic experiences to melt tension, drop into their bodies, and awaken intimacy with each other before dinner.

From 7–10 p.m., you’ll be led into a curated multi-course dining journey catered by Maven Catering of Deep River, whose custom event menus are known for fresh, high-quality ingredients and beautiful presentation. Each plate in the series is intentionally designed with a sensual eating experience connected to it —inviting you to slow down, savor flavors and textures, feed or be fed by your beloved, and explore all the ways taste, touch, eye contact, and presence can turn a shared meal into a living altar of desire.

We are excited to see that people have already signed up for Re-GOAL, Not Re-START, and it feels really meaningful to share that.

This experience came from so many conversations with people who care about their health, but feel tired of goals that turn into pressure or self-criticism.

💛 Re-GOAL, Not Re-START — FREE Registration Is Open

If health goals have felt heavy, confusing, or tied up in guilt, this is for you.

We are really happy to share that registration is now open for the FREE Re-GOAL, Not Re-START Workshop with Jane Wood our Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and Melissa Verch our Registered Dietitian. This is an in-person experience focused on exploring weight-neutral health goals in a kinder, more supportive way.

This experience is for anyone who:

✔️ feels stuck or discouraged with health goals

✔️ is tired of health conversations always turning into weight loss

✔️ wants to care for their health without diets, scales, or shame

✔️ is curious about a more holistic approach that includes physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being
