The Integrated Health Centre was established in 1992 to meet a need for natural medicine in Pembroke, Ontario. Services offered include chiropractic care, registered massage therapy, physiotherapy, acupuncture, laser therapy and Medex. The Integrated Health Centre also offers nutrition, shoe and custom orthotics.

All jokes aside, there’s so much our chiropractors can help you with. And if it’s ever something we feel requires a hospital visit or a referral to your medical doctor, we’ll absolutely recommend that first.

Integrated Chiropractic - At your first visit to our clinic, Dr. Nik or Dr. Lindsay will do a thorough history and examination. They will explain to you how the science of chiropractic works and develop a plan of care that is specific to your condition and health goals. They may use acupuncture, laser therapy, massage, medical exercise or other modalities to assist in your path to wellness. It is our aim to make you comfortable and reassured, to remove any fear or barriers in your experience. Integrated Nutrition - Good health begins with good nutrition and our retail facility offers the latest in vitamin and protein supplements, specialty foods and natural body care products. The staff is very knowledgeable in helping people reach their health goals, from weight loss to body building, better sleep to "overall good health". One of the most powerful ways to achieve your health goals is through the support of a Health Coach who can offer a personalized program, with measurable metrics for you to monitor as you progress towards ultimate health. Integrated Fitness – Our facility is staffed with Personal Trainer Specialists who are motivated to help you reach your fitness goals. We know that age related muscle loss, regardless of activity level, is a major concern for life long independence. The only scientifically validated way to prevent and reverse this loss is through “proper strength training”. You can achieve this in a number of ways at our facility, whether under the care of a personal trainer or through our Medical Exercise for Functional Fitness program.
