Wellbriety is a cultural approach to personal recovery.

Are you or someone you know on a journey toward sobriety? This 12-Step sharing circle offers a supportive, safe, and welcoming space to share, heal, and grow.

This circle is open to anyone seeking guidance, accountability, and community on their path to recovery. Together, walk the Red Road—honoring strength, resilience, and hope.

🌈 At the Robbie Dean Centre, we are proud to be an inclusive and collaborative service organization, dedicated to supporting the mental health needs of our communities. To better serve all members, we are exploring the possibility of offering an 2SLGBTQIA+support group. 💬

Group counselling offers so many meaningful benefits, and we love seeing the positive impact it has on those who participate 💙

🌱 You’re not alone – Hearing others share similar experiences can reduce feelings of isolation and help you realize you’re not facing your challenges by yourself.
🤝 Support and connection – Groups create a safe, supportive space where encouragement, understanding, and empathy flow both ways.
🗣️ Learn from others – Gain new perspectives, coping strategies, and tools by listening to how others manage similar struggles.
💪 Build confidence – Sharing in a group can strengthen communication skills, self-awareness, and confidence over time.
🌈 Grow together – Healing can be powerful when it happens in community, reminding us that connection itself is part of the journey.

If you’ve been thinking about counselling but aren’t sure where to start, group counselling might be the perfect first step. It's not too late to sign up for the next round of groups starting second week of January.
