If no one has told you today: you are allowed to rest. 💜

Rest is not laziness. Rest is care. Rest is recovery. In a world that often pushes us to keep going, choosing to pause can be one of the kindest things we do for ourselves.

You do not have to earn rest. You deserve it.

Today on Earth Day, we’re reminded that caring for the planet is a shared responsibility, and a shared opportunity. Small steps add up: conserve, reuse, plant, learn, and advocate for a healthier future for all.
What’s one Earth-friendly habit you’re proud of?

Small wins count. Always. 💚

Getting out of bed, making that phone call, eating one meal, taking your meds on time, or saying “no” when you need to, these may seem small to others, but they can take real strength.

We celebrate every step forward, no matter how quiet it looks.

You’re not alone if you’re proud of progress no one else can see. 💚

Getting out of bed. Setting a boundary. Asking for help. Making it through the day. Starting over again. Those steps matter, even if they go unnoticed by everyone else.

Quiet progress is still progress, and it deserves to be celebrated.

Recovery isn’t about being “fixed” or never struggling again. It’s an ongoing process of healing, learning, growing, and finding what helps you move forward. 💚

Setbacks can happen, and that does not mean failure. Recovery can still be real, meaningful, and possible - even when the path isn’t linear.

A mental health check-in doesn’t have to be about huge breakthroughs. Sometimes it’s about noticing the small things that helped you get through. 💚

Was there a person, place, routine, song, walk, snack, or moment that helped you feel even 5% more okay this month?

Beginning this year, the campaign is a year round initiative. At the heart of the Campaign, the words we chose reflect both the purpose of the campaign and the work we do every day: commitment, listening, understanding, unified, and acts of kindness.

is about building communities that embrace inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility, while encouraging all of us to take action against discrimination in all its forms. As a non-profit mental health organization rooted in lived experience, these words are more than values, they are how we help create safer, more welcoming spaces for people to be seen, heard, and supported.

To us, commitment means continuing to show up, listening and understanding mean creating space for people to feel heard, unified speaks to the power of community, and acts of kindness remind us that small actions can make a big difference.

We believe inclusion starts with how we treat one another, how we show up, and how we choose to care. This is what means to us.

Peer support can make a difference for anyone navigating mental health or substance use challenges, and for the people supporting them, too. 💚

When you feel alone, misunderstood, or unsure where to turn, connection with someone who truly gets it can bring comfort, hope, and understanding. That’s the heart of peer support: walking alongside each other, one conversation at a time.
