Class update for Tuesday, December 9th, 2025. Aerial Fitness @ 5:30pm instead of Kettlebell Circuit class
Aerial Fitness is a unique workout style and engaging fitness experience incorporating strength, flexibility and balance training through the use of a hammock that is suspended from above so your body can perform the exercises in the air. The hammock provides partial/full body support making it a low impact workout option and can benefit those with joint pain. From hip & shoulder openers, inversions and balances, to core work, deep dynamic stretches and spine decompression, aerial fitness encourages the mind/breath/body connection, creativity and aerobic movement.
