Also looking at doing a Retreat in April of 2025,
This retreat would consist of a weekend getaway, with accommodations, food from Brodo and 5 different modalities to engage in along with group sessions and guest speakers
Would start on a Friday night with a wine and Appie night along with a healing paint night
And welcome bags Then followed by Pilates or yoga to kick off Saturday morning, breakfast activities lunch activities dinner and meditation at end of day
Sunday would be a kick start with yoga Or Pilates breakfast wrap up activities light lunch
The place if interest is the Lakeside resort in Oliver, beautiful, rustic, with so much amazing healing energy surrounded by trees, lake, beach
It’s a hidden oasis in my opinion
