❌ 5 Things I NEVER Do as a Naturopathic Doctor (and you shouldn’t either!)

1️⃣ Skip Exercise – Movement is medicine! Even on rest days, I stay active to keep my joints happy.

2️⃣ Dehydrate – Water keeps cartilage healthy and reduces stiffness. I always stay hydrated. 💧

3️⃣ Eat Junk Food – Inflammatory foods = joint pain. I stick to whole, anti-inflammatory meals. 🍎

4️⃣ Pregame with Tylenol – Masking pain isn’t the answer. It can lead to overuse injuries. 🚫

5️⃣ Take NSAIDs After Injury – NSAIDs slow healing and damage cartilage. I use natural recovery methods instead.
