This Sunday we 'spring forward' for the last time! Clocks move ahead at 2 a.m. – and this time, it’s for good. ⏰

The B.C. government has announced that most of the province will move to permanent, year-round daylight saving time. That means longer evenings in the winter and no more twice-a-year clock changes disrupting routines and sleep.
