We are a passionate group of highly trained yoga instructors who are grateful to serve the community of the South Okanagan with the freedom-enhancing practice of yoga. We are dedicated to treating each student as an individual and we specialize in modifying each pose to meet your unique needs. We offer specialized classes:
-with gentle stretches and stress reduction techniques
-targeting over trained muscles in athletes
-that build strength and stamina
-in chronic pain management
-with deep stretching and contemplation/philosophy
-for prenatal, Mom and Baby

Welcome to our new Yoga for Peri/Menopause workshop series!

February 6th 5:30 pm

will offer one specially themed class every month, each focused on a different aspect of the menopause experience and how yoga can support habits and wellness during this time of transition.

We’re starting in February with the foundation of everything: sleep! 🌙

We will explore what disrupts our sleep during perimenopause and menopause, and use yoga practices that help the brain and body settle, support deeper rest, and make it easier to fall back asleep.

Yoga for Osteoporosis and Bone Health
We focus on strengthening muscles, challenging the brain and body for better balance, and adapting movement to be safer and more effective for osteoporosis.
This practice is guided by the intention to reduce fall risk, while building mobility, coordination, and confidence on and off the mat.

is the teacher offering this class and she has pursued extensive training, most recently specializing in Yoga for Menopause and Yoga for Osteoporosis and Bone Health with Niamh Daly of Yinstinct Yoga. Tammy is also NeuroSoma Yoga certified, a method that supports nervous system regulation to reduce pain, enhance brain health and increase mobility. She is Certified and remains committed to ongoing education to better serve and support her community.
