This series offers practical, skillful tools to support alignment, mobility and strength without pressure to shrink, strain, or perform.
Through intentional use of props, wider stances, slower pacing, and thoughtful alignment, we explore how to create room for breath, movement, and ease.
This series is for those who long to feel at home in their body; not someday, but now. For those who have felt overlooked in yoga spaces, who are ready to cultivate self-trust, and embodied joy in the body they inhabit today. Any shape, any size.
