If looking to use the SOTA units together, begin with a single unit, gradually increasing the amount of time you use the unit day by day. All the while, you’re listening to your body, paying attention to how you’re feeling. If you are experiencing sluggishness, flu-like symptoms or other minor symptoms showing the body is moving itself towards wellness, reduce the time you are using the unit or depending on the experience, take a break for a few days before resuming. The keys are tuning in to your body and consistency of effort. Listen to your body, respect what it’s telling you, and use the feedback. Make adjustments if you need to. The point is not to rush.
When's the best time to add in an additional SOTA unit(s)? Planning for "start dates" at least one day apart or more is a good idea. That said, many people can start all the units the same day, while others find it works best for them to begin with one unit, and gradually add in the additional units over time. Again, create a schedule that works for you and your lifestyle.
Each individual is unique. Some may be able to start them all immediately – and others may need to take a more gentle approach. Either way, it’s okay. This isn’t a "one-size fits all" situation. A Wellness Lifestyle is not a race – it's a journey we choose for ourselves each day.

It’s normal for the Hand Paddle to become hot during pulsing. The coil encased in the Hand Paddle generates heat when the magnetic field is released. The heat is a result of the energy being generated by the high Gauss output of the pulse. If it becomes uncomfortable, we suggest placing some padding between you and the Hand Paddle, like a single layer of towel or blanket, always ensuring there is proper airflow around the head of the paddle.
A better option – use an ice pack or two. Cool your paddle off between sessions by applying an ice pack to the paddle face (you can even apply two – one for each side of the paddle). We’ve tested this suggestion, and the face of the Hand Paddle is brought back to a comfortable temperature quickly and efficiently.

The SOTA Magnetic Pulser delivers localized pulsed magnetic fields. Each pulse creates microcurrents in the targeted area. Magnetic Pulsing can be used on body systems like the lymph or used to target a specific area of the body including but not limited to, joints, soft tissues and teeth.
For overall wellness, we suggest a series of pulse points that follow a recommended sequence. It's designed to support multiple points across the body. Not all human bodies are the same, so the recommended pulse point positions are approximate and should be tailored to suit your individual body type.
A single pair of Silver Wires can produce up to 70-80 gallons of Ionic~Colloidal Silver if cared for properly.
To get the most from your Silver Wires, we suggest periodically switching the wires side to side as well as flipping top to bottom. This evens out the wear on the wires.
Also, when cleaning your wires there is no need to scrub vigorously — a gentle wipe with the green scrub pad is sufficient.

Shopping for a pulsed magnetic field unit? The marketplace can be pretty confusing. We offer insights to help in comparing products for use in the home.
A Water Ionizer splits water into two streams—acidic and alkaline. The alkaline water has a higher pH so is considered helpful to alkalize the body for better health. Our testing has produced inconsistent results. Sometimes when we’ve ozonated a glass of alkaline water, the pH has been slightly lower and other times the pH of the water was not changed. Ozone should not change the pH of the water - and in our little experiments this proved to be true.
