Our classes are intentionally small. That means you won’t get lost in the back row, you’ll get real attention, real corrections, and real progress.
Private, DUO, or TRIO Sessions
You’ll get the kind of attention that makes sure your form is safe, your alignment is right, and your workout actually works for you.

1:1 Private: Fully personalized, just you and your teacher.

DUO: Bring a friend or partner and train side by side.

TRIO / Small Group: Gather a couple of friends for a private class that still feels personal.

You aren’t just learning an exercise, you are coming home to your nervous system and aligning internally ✨ you can’t avoid your inner critic once you get on the mat, and often she is very confronting. Let's acknowledge that the majority of healing and transformation that takes place through fitness is internal. It's not just about sculpting visible muscles; it's about nourishing and strengthening the intricate systems within our bodies. From cellular regeneration to improved cardiovascular health, the process of growth and development happens deep within. 🌱❤️

Even the growth of muscles, which may seem like an external change, is an internal job. It's the result of our body's incredible ability to adapt and respond to the demands we place upon it during workouts. It's a beautiful synergy of nutrition, energy production, and muscular development happening within us. 💪🌟

So, let's shift our focus from external expectations to the internal marvels of our bodies. Let's celebrate the progress, resilience, and transformation happening within us.
