You CAN regrow nerves, ligature, and tendons. We know this. But it takes A LOT of work.

This documentary came out about 6 years ago, it is on Amazon Prime, and everyone dealing with any type of injuiry or even regular body aging needs to watch it. I always talk to my patients about rehabilitation, and just what it takes to actually heal. Connor McDavid is an extreme example of what can be done with no surgery, a full rehab team of experts, and probably a cool million spent on recovery. Most of us don't have that time or that budget, but the point is this....it takes a lot. Daily exercise rehab, multiple treatments, and access to amazing diagnostic imaging machines certainly doesn't hurt.

Most of us don't need to go to Connor's extreme to get very real and viable results for our injuiries, but let me be blunt: it's going to take more than 3 treatments and your "15 minute physio exercise routine" if you want to see real progression. It's going to look like work, but there really is so much we can do to give our bodies the best chance at proper rehabilitation!
