Meet Shannon B. 🩷
Movement & Meditation Guide · Workshop Facilitator
Shannon is a Movement and Meditation Guide at Flourishing Families, devoted to creating spaces where people - especially neurodivergent folks, like herself - feel safe to heal, express, and grow. Grounded in lived experience and compassion, her work is guided by a simple truth: heal out loud.
Through mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, and emotional awareness, Shannon supports individuals in releasing unworthiness and building a life that feels steady, spacious, and truly their own. Her approach blends yoga, mental health training, and deep inclusivity - making her offerings both accessible and transformative.
Beyond the clinic, Shannon shares her work globally through guided meditations on the Insight Timer app, and she is the creator of ANCHOR - a gentle, 8-week self-guided program designed to help you build a kinder, steadier inner foundation.
Shannon also offers Energy Alignment Sessions 1–2 times per month (next sessions on Dec. 21st & Jan. 3rd), providing space for reflection, recalibration, and nervous system support.
🌙 This Friday, Dec. 19 - Shannon will be hosting our Community New Moon Circle, a monthly gathering rooted in intention and connection.
❄️ Coming in the New Year - She’ll also be guiding our Winter Retreat at the end of January, a day curated for rest, ritual, and deep nourishment.
