Join us in circle as we center our hearts and ground ourselves into Mother Earth. Rooted in love, community and connection. We remember the rhythm of the season, honour our ancestors and our humanity and extend love and kindness towards the Earth and all beings.

Join us for a Couples Massage Workshop designed to help you slow down, tune in, and reconnect - with yourself and with each other.

In this hands-on, guided workshop, you and your partner will learn simple, effective massage techniques for the hands, feet, shoulders, and neck - areas that hold so much of our daily stress and tension. You’ll be shown how to offer touch that feels supportive, grounding, and deeply nurturing, even without prior massage experience.

This isn’t about “doing it perfectly.”
It’s about presence. About learning how to care for one another through intentional touch. About creating moments of ease, safety, and closeness in your relationship.

Come as you are. Leave feeling more connected, more relaxed, and more confident in caring for each other — long after the workshop ends.

Please note that our Clinic Administrator will be out of the office on vacation from February 2nd-13th. During this time, we will not have front desk coverage, and the front door will remain locked between client appointments to ensure the privacy and flow of treatments.

We kindly ask that clients arrive right at their scheduled appointment time, as your practitioner will welcome you in. If you arrive early or have an appointment ending, we appreciate your patience during this brief adjustment.

Calling all wee ones ready to start solids! 👶 Our baby’s first foods class is back on Saturday February 7th from 10am to 12pm in person!
The class takes a holistic approach to starting solid food. We will explore key nutrients and walk through our food introductory chart. We cover allergy foods, baby led weaning and purées with a few recipe ideas too!

Massage Therapy Fee Update - Effective February 15th, 2026

At Flourishing Families, our commitment is to provide exceptional, ethical, and heart-centred care to every client who walks through our doors. In order to continue offering high-quality treatment, fairly support our Registered Massage Therapists, and keep pace with rising operational costs, we will be implementing a modest adjustment to our massage therapy fees.

As of February 15th, 2026, the following RMT pricing will apply:

30 minutes - $80
45 minutes - $100
60 minutes - $120
75 minutes - $140
90 minutes - $160

This change allows us to maintain a team of highly trained, experienced Registered Massage Therapists, provide unrushed, attentive care, and continue investing in the clinic environment and supplies that support your wellness.

We are deeply grateful for the trust you place in our team and for being part of the Flourishing Families community.

A new year arrives quietly, wrapped in winter’s stillness.
An invitation to pause… to rest… to reflect.

This season asks us to look gently at what we’re carrying forward - the lessons, the love, the resilience - and what we’re ready to bring from the darkness into the light. New joy. New adventures. New ways of being softer with ourselves and braver with our dreams. New beginnings.

As we step into this next chapter, our hearts are overflowing with gratitude. For our community. For our Flourishing Family. For the trust you place in us, the connections we’ve built together, and the stories we’ve been honoured to be part of.

Putting the “brrr” in brave 🥶❄️

This New Year’s Day, the Flourishing Families team is trading cozy layers for icy water and taking the Polar Plunge at the Perth Legion - all in the spirit of community, service, and showing up for those who’ve given so much.

This brave (and very chilly!) tradition is about more than a quick dip. Funds raised through the Polar Plunge support vital programs for veterans and important upgrades to the Legion Hall - helping ensure it remains a safe, welcoming, and accessible gathering space for blood drives, senior programs, local organizations, and community events that bring Perth together.

Join us January 1st on the banks of the Tay River to cheer, celebrate, and help us make a meaningful splash as we welcome the new year together.

Here’s to starting 2026 with courage, connection, and community spirit 💙
