Hey friends šŸ‘‹ , Iā€™m here to promote my new passion project. Anyone who knows me well, knows my passion for this field of work started as a young athlete. I played a multitude of sports such as, basketball, rugby, volleyball and many more recreationally. I wanted to get the best out of myself to give more. I was deeply immersed into training seven days a week for years for all of them and started building my knowledge on the muscular system needs. Short story long and twenty years later I am teaming up with Rebecca Laskey to co host a series of educational workshops on proper form training, stretching and nutrition for school aged children. Their future selves will thank us for this one. Whether your child is an aspiring athlete or a bookworm please consider signing them up to learn the fundamentals of physical body care.
