Heart attack symptoms go unrecognized in over 50% of women. Women are more likely to present with 3 or more symptoms in addition to chest pain (see image). Move with purpose. Move together. Move for women’s heart and vascular health!

The Wear Red Canada Movement Challenge is a national campaign inviting people across Canada to get moving, raise awareness, and help drive meaningful change for women’s heart and vascular health.

When: Between February 13 and 28, 2026

Choose Your Challenge*
Pick one movement goal to complete during the challenge period:

5 km
10 km
30 minutes of movement
60 minutes of movement

Tip: You can break your challenge into smaller sessions and add them together to reach your total.
