How to win? 1 entry for an office visit, 5 entries for a new patient, 5 entries for our lovely patients who refer a new patient, 5 entries for a review (facebook or google) telling us about your experience with us. At the end of each week in May we will be drawing a lucky winner. This person can pick a $100 gift card to a place of their choice. 🥳👏🏼
