Leslie Ann Tench biked to the clinic to pick up her new sunglasses. They look awesome on her, but even more significant was the shirt she wore.

Today, we recognize Orange Shirt Day, inspired by the story of Phyllis Webstad, whose orange shirt was taken from her on her first day at a residential school. Phyllis' story reminds us of the deeply personal and painful experiences of survivors and the need to commemorate the history of these schools.

Giving back is part of our vision (pun intended) 😂 We are proud to support organizations that make a difference in our community.

A few examples of organization’s we’ve donated to this year:

The Canadian Federation of University Women- a world where all women and girls have equal access to education and opportunities, empowering them to create positive change.

The Maberly Fair- community sponsored event that celebrates agriculture and community.

Smiths Falls Community Hospital Auxillary- works to better patient support services, revenue generating programs, etc.

Upper Canada Champions for Kids Golf Tournament- raises funds to help support families and their kids to be able to enjoy sports, the arts and other fun activities.

We are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to support and contribute❤️
