Fred J. Shepherd RMT Hi. I'm a registered massage therapist (RMT) working in Perth, Lanark, Calabogie, and Ottawa Valley. Openings available 6 days a week by appointment.

Massage therapy is the treatment and manipulation of the soft tissues and joints of the body, to aid in treatment and rehabilitation. I have been a RMT (Registered Massage Therapist) since July 2012, working and gaining experience in Ottawa and Lanark County. Whether you're looking to rehab an injury, wind down after a sporting event, or wanting to de-stress and relax, massage may just be the answer for you. I'm really looking forward to serving, and getting to know, the people of Lanark County and Eastern Ontario better. Hours of service are:Mondays and Tuesdays 7pm-9pmThursdays 9am-8pmFridays 9am-6pm
