You’re Invited to a Reiki Share with Denise Carpenter!

Experience the healing energy of Reiki in a welcoming and supportive group setting. Whether you’re trained in Reiki or simply curious, all are welcome. We begin with a short meditation, followed by group treatments where each participant receives Reiki from one or more practitioners. Everyone has a turn at the table, creating a powerful and shared healing experience. The session lasts about two hours.
There is no fee, but a free-will offering is gratefully accepted, with proceeds supporting the Children’s Make-A-Wish Foundation.

From My Heart to Yours...

As the Winter Solstice brings the deepest night and the promise of returning light, and Christmas illuminates our hearts, we stand at a potent threshold. This season is layered with profound change: the completion of a nine-year numerological cycle and the anticipation of a dynamic '1' year in 2026.

This intense energetic activity can easily lead to feelings of overwhelm. Instead of succumbing to the rush, let us consciously choose a different path.

This year, gift yourself the simplest, most powerful tool: the awareness of your own need. The moment you notice that feeling of being overwhelmed, STOP. Take three deep, intentional breaths.
