This month, we celebrate the power of music to heal, connect, and inspire. From reducing stress and anxiety to supporting communication and emotional well-being, music therapy makes a meaningful difference in the lives of all ages.

Music therapy is a research-based practice where certified professionals use music to address physical, emotional, cognitive, and social needs.
