Go gently

THE FIELD MAY FEEL HEAVIER TODAY ✨GEOMAGNETIC STORM CONDITIONS ✨ HOLY FRIDAY, PASSOVER & A SACRED CROSSING ✨ APRIL 3, 2026

Dear friends, today’s energy may feel heavier, slower, quieter, or more inward for some people. We are moving through ongoing G2 geomagnetic storm conditions, and for those who are sensitive, this can make the field feel more charged, more physical, and more demanding of rest and simplicity. At the same time, these are not ordinary days. Tomorrow is Holy Friday, and we are also within Passover. Together, these sacred thresholds can deepen the sense that this is a time of release, surrender, and crossing.

Some may experience this passage as extra sleepiness, temperature fluctuations, head pressure, vivid dreams, body heaviness, or a stronger need for silence and space. These things can show up in different ways, and they do not necessarily mean something is wrong. Sometimes they simply reflect that the system is trying to process, release, and reorganize while the field is more active and the inner atmosphere is asking for something deeper.

Holy Friday carries the mystery of surrender, stillness, and the part of the path where something must be laid down. Passover carries the movement of liberation, release, and crossing out of what has held us for too long. Together, they can make this day feel less like a time for pushing forward and more like a time for allowing something old to loosen, soften, and begin to leave.

That is why this may not be the day to measure yourself by output alone. It may be the day to listen more carefully. To simplify. To pray. To rest. To move more gently. To let the body tell you what it can and cannot carry right now. Not every sacred day asks for action. Some ask for reverence. Some ask for release.

And when the field is more active, old energetic and emotional loads may rise more quickly so they can finally move. What feels heavy may not all be meant to stay. What feels tender may not all be weakness. Some things surface because the soul is preparing to travel lighter into the next chapter.

So if today feels more internal, more solemn, or more slowed down, try not to judge it too quickly. You may be in a moment of deep assimilation rather than delay. Holy Friday reminds us that not all movement looks visible. Passover reminds us that not all crossing begins on the outside. Sometimes the real passage begins within.
