Sarah is a Registered Psychotherapist and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner dedicated to supporting individuals on their healing journeys. Beth Ann brings warmth and a deep appreciation for connection into her work with individuals and couples. She draws primarily from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), as well as other cognitive-behavioural and solution-focused approaches (ie. ACT, DBT); helping people explore how past experiences and emotional patterns impact current relationships—including the one with themselves. With a Master’s in Counselling Psychology, she serves as the Lead of Programs and Services for RWC Launch and provides clinical supervision to interns, establishing therapists, and peer consultation to fellow supervisors. Through her private practice, Comfy Chair Counselling, Beth Ann creates a space where healing, growth, and self-discovery feel safe and supported.
