Sarah is a Registered Psychotherapist and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner dedicated to supporting individuals on their healing journeys. At Blooming Lotus Counselling, she integrates traditional talk therapy with somatic practices, EMDR, and parts work to honor each client’s unique path. Wendy helps individuals and couples navigate emotional struggles, overwhelm, and relationship challenges with a compassionate and grounding presence.
