I followed the trend… but this one feels a little too real 😅

When I look at this, I’m reminded exactly why I started First Five Club.

For the kiddos to have more opportunity for growth.
For the parents finding their people.

Community changes families. That’s not just something we say — it’s something we see. When parents feel supported, kids thrive. When children feel safe, they explore. When they explore, their brains light up in ways that shape who they become.

Open play isn’t “just play.”
It’s social learning.
It’s language development.
It’s confidence building.
It’s problem solving.
It’s watching your child try, fall, try again — and beam when they get it.

I’ve watched it happen with your children.
And I’ve watched it happen with my own daughter.

She is growing up inside these walls.
She has built friendships, confidence, independence — all through play.

This place was built for families with littles.

For village-building.

And every single day, you remind me why it matters.

We’ll explore how babies actually sleep, why night waking is normal, and how biology, development, and temperament all play a role—so you can let go of unrealistic expectations and tune into what’s truly supportive for your family.

Come as you are, tired and curious, and leave feeling more confident, informed, and supported. Facilitated by doula, parenting coach, and therapist Sonja Martin.

Parents will leave with:
💚 Greater understanding of infant development
💚 Tools and tips for more rest for your baby and YOU.
💚 Skills to navigate the social media “sleep advice” noise.
