All Reiki sessions are 60 minutes | $75, with variations so you can choose what feels right for you.

Balance & Flow
A personalized Reiki session focused on relaxation, balance, and energetic flow. Includes gentle chakra balancing and cord releasing, especially if you’re feeling emotionally drained, stuck, or overwhelmed.

Sweep & Seal
A quiet, grounding Reiki session designed to sweep out built-up tension and seal in a sense of calm and steadiness. This session includes soft, calming frequencies to support deep relaxation and inner calm.

Warm & Restore
A soothing Reiki session supported by red light therapy, encouraging warmth, relaxation, and circulation. Ideal if your body feels tense, stiff, sore, or in need of comforting warmth, with many people noticing a gentle mood boost as well.

Settle & Reset
A calming Reiki session supported by gentle PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) therapy to help your body relax and unwind. This session is designed to promote calm, grounding, and overall well-being.

I’m offering a quiet, EMDR-inspired session called Heavy Hearts to help ease some of the emotion that tends to rise during this time of year.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) uses simple left-right eye movements to help your mind process emotions quietly, without having to speak about your loss if you don’t want to.

This gentle EMDR support won’t take away your grief…
but it may help you breathe a little easier,
feel more supported,
and move through this season with a bit more peace.
