🎶. We hear the weather outside is about to get frightful! And that isn’t feeling at all delightful. So since we can’t stop the ice and snow, we will postpone. We will postpone…. We’ll postpone….🎶

We hate having to reschedule any appointment or event, but out of an abundance of caution for everyone involved, we have decided to reschedule all events at the studio until this weather system has past and we have dealt with whatever aftermath it brings.

✨ Shed & Align ✨

This ritual is an invitation to consciously release what the body, heart, and spirit are ready to let go of — and to gently align with what wants to come forward next.

Through a standing salt body scrub, we physically shed old layers, supporting the skin, circulation, and nervous system in renewal. This is followed by guided meditation and an intuitive integration session, allowing the body to settle, receive, and reorganize in its own way.

Shed & Align is not about pushing into the new year.

It’s about creating space — so movement, clarity, and abundance can arise naturally.

This ritual is intentionally held at the close of the year to honor the symbolic shedding of the Year of the Snake and to prepare the body and spirit for the forward-moving energy ahead.
