Introducing Roya to our Royal Care team!! She will be starting yoga classes the first week of February. She will have teaching:
- regular 1hr classes
- prenatal classes
- youth classes (ages 6-15)
- mom + baby classes (under age 2)
- 1:1 sessions for anyone wanting to have a for tailored yoga experience.

Yoga Classes at Royal Care Clinic starting in February 2026 !!
We are excited to announce to addition of a new team member Cathy Deen, who will be starting as a yoga instructor here at the Clinic.

We will start by having small 1 hour classes with Cathy, a few days a week. These classes will be perfect for beginners or anyone looking for a relaxing class. All are welcome :)
Class schedule & more info to come.

Look out in the next few weeks for our introductory post for Cathy, as well as, how to book classes!!

Later this spring, we are looking at including more specific classes, including pre-natal classes, youth classes, and individual 1:1 sessions. More info on that coming in the next few months !!

Starting Tuesday, October 7th, Westmount Pharmacy will be joining us right here at the clinic to make getting your COVID vaccines easier than ever !!

If you book a physio appointment on a Tuesday or Thursday between 12–5pm, you can get your COVID shot during your visit - simple, convenient, and all taken care of in one trip!

Just give us a call or email to let us know you’d like your vaccine added to your appointment. We’ll take care of the rest :)
