Bloom has an exciting new team member, we would love to introduce to you….
Please welcome, Tina Andres to the crew.
Tina is joining us from Toronto area, where she started her career as an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner. She has experience treating a wide range of concerns, from musculoskeletal aches and pains to digestive issues, as well as cranial symptoms such as headaches and migraines, through craniosacral therapy. While she works with patients of all ages, she has a special place in her heart for children and infants. This passion has lead to extensive work with paediatric dentists, to help support infants with oral ties and breastfeeding challenges.
You can find Tina at Bloom, every Wednesday and Thursday, starting in March.

Please welcome our newest RMT to the Bloom Team, Isaac Griffin.
Isaac will be available for new or existing clients every Monday & Tuesday 3-8pm, and Wednesday & Thursday 9-3pm.
As an avid runner and Ultra Marathon athlete he brings a personal understanding of the demands of exercise and athletic performance. He has a strong passion for therapeutic massage and deep tissue techniques, and is committed to helping every client live an active, injury-free lifestyle.

Hey all! We would still love to bring on one more RMT to the team, preferably someone open to working afternoons and evenings (3pm and onwards). We offer a competitive split and will supply everything needed. You do not need established clientele as we have many people on cue for evening appointments.

“How often should I be coming?”
We get this question a lot. The short answer: before the discomfort sets in. Which, as a client, can be hard to predict. Which is why we like to start with frequent appointments and work together to slowly space them out once we both feel we are staying ahead of your concerns.
It is a challenge as a massage therapist to see clients come in only when the discomfort is unbearable. Pain doesn’t happen overnight, and is often an accumulation of imbalances or dysfunction. To help resolve the issue, we must work backwards, layer by layer, while making sure not to overstimulate pain receptors or your nervous system.
This is why a maintenance schedule is so important. We want to be regularly releasing adhesions and tension to prevent them from accumulating and trickling deeper and deeper into your tissues.
It is always a good idea to book your next treatment before leaving the clinic so that it is one less thing to worry about!
