Every time you step onto your mat, you’re invited to observe rather than perform. Instead of striving to perfect a pose, notice what your body, breath, and mind are communicating. Some days that lesson is strength, other days it’s patience or rest. When we stop performing and start listening, yoga becomes less about achievement and more about awareness.
