🌿 Long Weekend Office Closure Notice 🌿

Please note that all Peterborough Family Health Team (PFHT) offices will be closed for the long weekend.
Regular hours will resume on Tuesday morning.

While we’re closed, here are your options for care:

📞 Call your Doctor’s Office for After-Hours Care
Although offices are closed for the long weekend, many have after-hours services available. Call your Doctor’s office to learn what after-hours care options are offered through their practice.

Connect with a Registered Nurse for any health questions 24/7 by calling 811 (Health811) or visiting health811.ontario.ca.

🚨 For a Medical Emergency
Go to your local Hospital Emergency Department or call 911 immediately.

➡️ For those without a family doctor, the PFHT Health Clinic will also be closed and will reopen Tuesday morning. Online appointment booking for Tuesday will be available on Monday.

Hospice Norwood is open and offering supportive services and programs for individuals and their families immediately after diagnosis of a life-limiting illness!

We are pleased to offer the following programs and events in October through our partnership with Hospice Peterborough

· Our services are all FREE and CONFIDENTIAL

· Intake for programs and services is through Hospice Peterborough at 705-742-4042 x251

Through our partnership with Hospice Peterborough, individuals and families in Norwood and the surrounding communities are able to access support through:

o Nurse Navigators

o Supportive Care Counsellors

o Visiting Volunteers

o Adult support groups for those who are ill, caregivers and those who are grieving

o Information kiosks at events and at Norwood Medical Centre
