We’re excited to introduce Pathways to Well-Being, a six-week journey designed to help you explore and build sustainable habits in four key areas: stress management, nutrition, movement, and self-compassion.

📅 Over six weeks, we’ll meet as a group for 1.5–2 hours each week, combining engaging education, hands-on activities, and practical exercises you can use between sessions to support lasting change.
