The Pearl Centre The Pearl Centre offers holistic counselling and body-centered techniques, while utilizing Western and Eastern modalities.

By using a variety of energy-based body modalities including Bio-Dynamic Craniosacral Therapy, and traditional Peruvian Shamanic methods, and psychotherapy, Melissa's loving presence allows clients to find more inner peace. Through examining and changing patterns in life, clients find new ways of living their lives with a deeper connection to their true path and higher purpose.

Happy Small Business Week!

I was at a gathering today for entrepreneurs in the Peterborough area. I wanted to hop on and use social media to acknowledge the date. And to give some thoughtful tips on how to reprogram our brain to help deal with these darker months. The shift and weather can be challenging for many of us, including myself. Seasonal affective disorder is real, but there are ways to lift up a low mood.

We continue to offer craniosacral Therapy, and weekly meditations . Please get in touch if you are interested in either of these offerings.

Hi folks, Just a quick update from the Pearl Centre. I’ve been not buying anything I don’t need for one month. I’m really seeing how I fill up my loneliness with purchasing things. Our consumer capitalist society pressures us so much to buy things that don’t serve our Higher Selves.

We are offering in person and online craniosacral therapy sessions, and have been having Sunday meditations in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh. Please get in touch if you are interested in any of these offerings.

Happy Fall equinox! Tomorrow morning just after 8 AM will be the equinox.

I had a little cleansing fire to tidy up these crystals. An offering was also made of holy water from Scotland and sweet grass. Thanks for all of these medicines and the gifts of spiritual growth they offer.
