“Jump Around” 🙈

The Rules:

1️⃣ Start hanging in double overhand grip.
2️⃣ “Jump” & catch in underhand grip.
3️⃣ Jump back to double overhand grip.
4️⃣ Hands leave & catch bar at same time.
5️⃣ Under 5 seconds to finish both jumps.
6️⃣ Head stays below height of the bar.
*️⃣ Chalk is permitted (encouraged) 😅

Go Tigers! ⚾️

The Pulse Physio Peterborough Tigers 8U T1 finished an exciting tournament at the ‘AA’ OBAs in Clarington over the Labour Day weekend.

After a tough one-run loss in game one, they went on to win three consecutive elimination games, before finally falling to the host team Clarington to finish in the top five. The coaches and families are super proud of the level of improvement these boys achieved throughout the year in their first season of competitive baseball!
