DAY TEN🎄
“Jump Around” 🙈
The Rules:
1️⃣ Start hanging in double overhand grip.
2️⃣ “Jump” & catch in underhand grip.
3️⃣ Jump back to double overhand grip.
4️⃣ Hands leave & catch bar at same time.
5️⃣ Under 5 seconds to finish both jumps.
6️⃣ Head stays below height of the bar.
*️⃣ Chalk is permitted (encouraged) 😅

The Contest:
Every successfully completed challenge is one name in the draw. 12 possible entries per person. Draw will be ages 18+ for official contest entry.
